We're hiring a phone sales closer based anywhere in Latin America. Homeowners come to us already wanting lights — you call fast, quote, and close. No cold calling. No Zoom. Just you and the phone.

The job is simple.

How it works here

You pick up the phone, and you close.

  • Warm leads come to you. We run ads every day — homeowners who already want Christmas lights and are waiting for a price.
  • Speed wins. You call the lead back in seconds — not minutes — while they're still holding the phone. Phone only. No Zoom, no cold calling.
  • We train you on a real sales process (NEPQ). How to open, what to ask, how to handle objections, how to close. You don't wing it — you follow the process.
  • $50–80/day + $30 per closed job. After 40 closes in a month, every job after that pays $50. Day pay — no hourly clock, no micromanaging. Paid in US dollars every two weeks.
  • Starts September 21, runs to mid-December. Top performers keep selling with us year-round across our other businesses.
  • Schedule: 9am–7pm Atlanta time (US Eastern), Monday–Saturday. Saturdays are required. In peak season (November) we need flexibility — some nights run past 7pm.
  • What you need: conversational English, a quiet space, a headset, stable internet. Phone-sales experience is a plus — not required.
Do the math. Our closers close about 1 in 4 leads. In November a rep handles 15–20 leads a day → 80–100 closes in the month → $2,500–$3,500 in commission on top of $1,300–$2,000 in day pay. $4,000 – $5,500 for November.
