We're hiring a remote Project Manager based in Latin America. You own the daily schedule, the customer communication and the tracking of every install from September through takedown in January. Full time, Atlanta hours, paid in US dollars.

How it works here
You keep the crews moving and the customers happy — from your desk.
- Dispatch and scheduling. Assign crews to jobs, build the daily route, confirm appointments with homeowners, and make sure every install starts and finishes on time.
- Customer communication. Calls, texts and WhatsApp with homeowners and crews all day: confirmations, questions, follow-ups on quotes, and calming people down when something goes wrong.
- Crew and materials tracking. Log jobs completed, hours, materials used and photos. Flag quality issues before the customer does.
- Repairs and service calls. When a strand goes out, you take the call, schedule the repair and close the loop with the customer. Season runs September–January; strong PMs stay on year-round across our other businesses.
- What you need: conversational English and native Spanish, 1+ years in dispatch, operations, customer service or project coordination, a quiet space with a computer, headset and stable internet, and the ability to work Atlanta hours (9am–7pm ET), Monday–Saturday.
